Responsible Transformation – What is it and Why does it Matter?

The session will look at how consultants, strategic leaders, change agents and project professionals can enable better transformation, including how the principles derived from Responsible Project Management (RPM) can help to make a positive difference. The session aims to be thought provoking and interactive, looking to draw out the perspectives and experiences of participants.

Coverage will include:

  • What is transformation and who is involved? Why should those operating in this space become more ‘responsible’?
  • The key requirements for transformational leadership of strategy, change and delivery, and how these can integrate with the ‘responsibility principles’
  • Towards better transformation: how session participants can make a discernible difference in what they do and how they do it.
