Accelerating Your Change & Transformation Career

Introduction

Being passive is no longer good enough. Waiting for recruiters to contact you or searching for the right role in the Job Ads will have limited impact. Being a great employee or having an exemplary history of programme delivery is great but will it differentiate you? 

To fully take control and accelerate your change and transformation career, you need to stand out from the crowd, you need to be constantly broadcasting your abilities and more importantly, the value that you deliver, even when you are not actively looking!

The good news is that it isn’t difficult to stand out from the crowd.  You simply need to develop and follow an action plan and focus on building a comprehensive online presence and structured outreach approach.

Again, we will come back to our core premise – the need to view yourself through the eyes of a prospective client/ employer who have potential challenges/ issues/ opportunities to overcome/ take advantage of.  

You also need to view this activity in the context of a sales and marketing approach – with the core objective being to place you in front of your ideal client/ employer (your Jane Doe) on a regular basis so that when they are ready to engage, you are uppermost in their minds.
