An experienced senior manager,  who works with Executive teams to orchestrate the development and delivery of strategic plans to advance operational efficiency and improve profits. Cross sector experience, having worked within many large FTSE organisations on designing, re-engineering and implementing organisational business change, transformations, procurement/ supply chain process improvement, corporate change and business strategy.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with an enviable ability to communicate effectively at all levels provides the platform to competently diversify and work within various disciplines. Experienced at running end to end programmes, this is complemented by a creative and professional approach to identifying, analysing and solving problems, with a sound track record for reducing costs, increasing productivity and delivering on-time and within budget.

Key Achievements

  • Established transformation function within National Grid, to realise £400m+ efficiencies
  • Established an Operational Excellence and Innovation function within Amey, working closely with the global entities within the Ferrovial Group
  • Led a Supply Chain Improvement Programme for Amey integrating SAP products across the end to end P2P process
  • Implemented Portfolio Management into Enterprise Plc, managing projects valued at circa £20m, delivering benefits of circa £57m.
  • Developed and successfully implemented with BAE Systems, a structured indirect procurement transformation programme that is scheduled to realise circa £300m cost savings over the next 15 years.
