After a 25+ years career in leading organisations through transformation, Tony established Thompson Wright Partners to leverage his network and enable organisations to access the right people at the right time to successfully deliver their change agenda.

The natural development of this is #TLH which he established in August 2020 with the ambition to become the #1 peer to peer community in the transformation space on a global basis.  Initially launched into the UK market, the ambition is to expand into global locations as demand builds.

Tony also hosts the successful Inside Track – Business Transformation Journeys Podcast where on a fortnightly basis, he has conversations with leading transformation practitioners, talking about their experiences and providing some useful hints and tips for people to integrate into their ways of working.
