Picture it: The COVID-19 pandemic had just hit, and I found myself sitting at my kitchen table after our daily hour of exercise. With an A3 pad in hand, I started mapping out the projects I'd been a part of over the last 25 years. It was a fascinating journey down memory lane. But what truly caught my attention was the origin of each opportunity.

Over 93% of these opportunities had one common thread – my network. The power of connections struck me like never before. But I also knew that my journey had been guided by a supportive group of peers, individuals I turned to whenever I needed help or advice.

It was this realisation that set the wheels in motion for TLH.

The Moment Everything Changed

As I looked at that A3 pad, I couldn't help but reflect on how my network had been the cornerstone of my career. The opportunities, the insights, the guidance - they had all come from this incredible web of connections.

But there was a problem. While I had this fantastic network, I craved something more – a community where I could expand and deepen these connections, where we could collectively navigate the challenges and triumphs of transformation. To my surprise, I couldn't find one that quite fit the bill.

That's when the lightbulb moment happened. I realised that if I couldn't find the community I was looking for, I could create it. And so, TLH was born.
