Critical Success Factors
The success factors identified in this Stage are:
- Continued buy-in from the Financial Director (or similar position) to the business case (as it changes during detailed strategy design).
- Support to the procurement manager during Stage 3, including updates on – changes to the business case as the high level design is converted to a detailed design/ potential benefits realised from the implementation of quick hits.
- Constant communication to ensure – the team have access to the latest cost information on the area they are reviewing/ the team are kept up to date on changes to the original opportunities identified in Phase 1 i.e. statistics, volumes, assumptions.
