Objective
The objective of this Stage is to develop a credible business case that quantifies the opportunities identified by the project team during Stage 1. The purpose of this business case is to attract investment in designing and implementing the actions required to deliver the opportunities that have been identified.
Deliverable
The overall deliverable at the end of Stage 2 is a credible business case that provides sufficient detail to satisfy the Executive Team – decision makers and key influencers.
The amount of detailed information required to be presented at the end of Stage 2 and the format to be presented will be determined by the procurement manager. Supporting this presentation will be:
- Detailed documentation collated during the initial review.
- Source documentation and results of initial analysis.
