Workplan

At the end of Stage 3, a workplan will be developed for the team which will include the deliverables and key tasks to be undertaken by the team. This will include:

• Monitor the business case, including – issuing the workteams with the business case information relating to the area they are redesigning (this will be extracts from the high level business case developed in Stage 2)/ designing format by which the workteams will feed back any changes back to the business case (i.e. form, formal feedback session etc).
• Instigate regular formal reviews with the workteams to review the business case and to test the strength of the underlying assumptions and numbers.
• Agree strategy/communication plan for keeping FD and project sponsors up to date on realisation of potential benefits and any changes to the business case.
