Workplan

During Stage 4, a workplan will be developed for the team that will include the deliverables and key tasks to be undertaken by the team.

These tasks are likely to include:

• Develop workplan for the business case team for Stages 4 which incorporate the information requirements of the project manager and project sponsors.
• Monitor of the business case which will include – instigating regular reviews with the workteams to review the business case and to monitor the achievement of potential benefits/ regular reports back to the project managers and project sponsors.
